April 26, 2010--Yesterday's fatal accident near Visalia also injured a second victim who was air lifted to a local hospital. It occurred at Road 72 and Avenue 430.
Fatal accidents at county intersections bring up issues of blocked stop signs, speeds of each vehicle, and spring growth of folliage.
