April 11, 2010--Sunday's accident that killed 5 began when a driver of a Mazda pick-up named John Blackburn of Frazier Park in Kern County spun out of control on a rain slicked road. A Nissan struck the pick-up and then was hit by a Suburban. Jessica Milan, age 27, and Francisco Enciso, age 25 of Daly City were also critically injured.
Much of this accident is still under investigation. Issues to be determined include the speed of each vehicle which can be determined from a download of the air bag modules.
